- A Uk Stadium retained SV to review FIFA and FA contracts.
- SV retained to define a sponsorship strategy for a major company.
- A UK group wanted to restructure their Spanish and Italian operations to maximise existing profits and consolidate their structure. The corporate/employment side of the task has been dealt directly by SV.
- A leading UK food company needed to consolidate sales volumes and ordering process throughout Europe. SV helped to put in place Frame Purchasing Agreements at European level, also consolidating volumes and harmonising discounts with major clients. This has generated substantial visibility and increased margins to the Client.
- A UK leading construction and services company needed advice to challenge a Procurement and they retained SV to define a strategy and challenge the public authority. This also delayed the awarding of the contract to competitors.
- A major motorsport company needed help to secure and enlarge European presence. SV retained to cover the sport, image rights and naming rights side of the transaction.
- A US leading international provider of event planning and meeting services, which it delivers to customers through innovative software, needed to establish itself in the European market. To do so, he instructed me to negotiate their most strategic deal in Europe with the Hotel leader European company, positioning their European strategic presence and expanding their customer base.
- A US Software editor, specialised in the energy industry, had to reaffirm their technology as the market leading one, to counter their competitors. They instructed me to negotiate and win a European Tender worth 150 million Euros. Thanks to my services, the deal secured my client a 63% market share.
- An Indian service provider asked me to help them expand and secure contractual relationships into Europe. I helped them secure transactions with some major financial institutions. I drew up partnership agreements and negotiated with clients on their behalf. As a result he secured a predominant position in its market strong of the new alliance.
- A new biotech company relied on my services to expand from France, to Europe and then into the USA. I organised the licensing model, channels of distribution, and partnerships models. Then I negotiated with the two biggest players in the industry, securing higher market reach and presence. - I secured and organised the arrival of US designers into Europe in such a way that their names are now associated with high quality and exclusive markets. - I was retained to increase the European presence of a US software company by securing and negotiating a sponsorship agreement with one of the top Formula 1 motor racing teams. The deal was an outstanding success. And today, the company's European revenues exceed those of its home, US, market.
- Retained to re-structure the head-count of the UK branch of a US corp. This involved also structuring and taking care of several VP termination and making sure the transition to a new structure would happen smoothly.
- Retained by both Companies and Employees made redundant in this difficult times, I represented my clients in a great number of different scenarios achieving 95 % transactional agreement rate.
- Retained by a Health Management Company to redefine the Share-holders agreements and the introduction of new shares holders, redefining their liabilities and rights.
- Retained to put in place new Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures.
