Rigorous legal background, extensive business experience
My expertise is unique largely because of my background.
I have a couple of law degrees. I practiced law across Europe and am a member of Echelon Chambers, Chancery Lane, 8 Stone Buildings, London.
Though I don't wear a wig, I know what it means to be rigorous. I know the importance of precise advice, wording and getting every clause of a contract right.
Although fundamental, these skills are only a tiny part of what I bring to the table. Because I'm not a lawyer. I'm a negotiator, a broker, and a contract agent. In the past I have:
- Founded my own businesses, made them thrive and sold them on.
- Worked for major multinational corporations, helping them break into new markets and establish extremely complex contracts.
- Studied psychotherapy to deepen my insight into the emotions involved around the negotiating table.
- Became a qualified mediator, because clients increasingly ask me to solve existing disputes, for example around severance contracts.
- Became a member of the intellectual property organisation, because understanding IP rights is often crucial when arranging business contracts.
And this matters to you for one simple reason: I have the expertise and experience to handle every aspect of a transaction negotiation. I can help you get the best deal possible. And that will make a big difference to your future.
