Step 1: I will review and assess - for free and in absolute confidentiality - your negotiation strategy or contract/draft to check how strong, complete and secure your current strategy is. If I identify - or not - risk areas or areas that can be improved, I will then let you know if I can be of help; if so

Step 2: I will provide you with either direct support in your negotiation or with a back up support to a new and more perfect strategy. 

I will also help as a trouble-shooter if your negotiation has reached a stagnating point; particularly if you already have invested in the transaction and/or can't afford not to reach an agreement.
