I view my role as one of a professional that needs to contribute to a result, helping getting on with it. I represent you and advocate on your behalf, but will not decide for you.
I believe that trust only comes with clarity, and this reflects also on the billing and costing system used. I favour the "no surprises to you, no surprises to me" approach as the basis of a good collaboration. This also gets the fees aspect out of the way, so we can focus to what has to be achieved.
Times have changed and being a flexible boutique structure allowed me to be very proactive: I am in the business of the Sport Law and have no pretensions of running your business for you!
I advise on international affairs, Sport Business matters, commercial affairs, multi jurisdiction transactions, sport disputes, sponsorship, and Public Procurement.
I also accept appointments as Moderator, Arbitrator and Mediator for Sport related matters (including IP/IT and MEdia rights).
